Bug Fixes:

(1) Fixed deleting a docked view component directly (e.g. with the MCP deleteObject tool) wedging its frame. The release skipped the docked-view teardown, leaving the docking site in the frame holding a destroyed window; the next pane reconfiguration then died on the stale site and the failure was swallowed, so the MCP call never returned. Releasing a component now always runs the same teardown as Delete Component, and docking sites no longer act on a stale or recycled component window handle.

(2) Fixed a bug where opening an NDE file whose raster has the same number of scan and index positions loaded the data with the scan and index axes swapped.

(3) Fixed FMC Health Check failing when its properties were read.

(4) Fixed Part Follower Probe Direction logic being inverted.

(5) Fixed Total Focuser.Optimize Plane Wave Sweep() searching beyond the angles the probe can be steered to, which filled the log with focal law errors and measured every candidate against a widest sweep whose steepest beam had no focal law.

(6) Fixed Apply Scan Axes Offsets And Limits outputting only undefined values when its source data uses 32 bit integers.

(7) Restored check in CFPNode::NeedsCompileOnPropertySet to skip recompilation when setting properties in m_pExtendedProperties.
