The hardlock driver that was included with the original release of version 2.5 was not written for XP. The new driver, available for download from the link below, is required to update the software, allowing it to run under XP. Troubleshooting Tips: Problem: I receive the message: "Hardlock Driver has encountered a problem and needs to close" Solution: Download and install the new Hardlock driver. You can download it it from the links below. Problem: “I have installed a service pack for Imagine3D and I now receive a Hardlock error when I try to run the program” Solution: Re-run the install of the new Hardlock driver. You can download it it from the links below.
Additional Suggestions After installation of the correct drivers for the hardlock key, it is suggested that you make sure to download the current Service Pack for Imagine3D If you are using a new USB Hardlock key on any Windows Operating system, please download the new drivers.
