Mechanical and control specifications for the UTEX Dual Servo Manipulator.

The UTEX Dual Servo Manipulator is provided as a complete kit with DC power supplies, servo drives and control cables.

Adapters are offered for three diameters of Z axis mast: 1 inch (25 mm), 1.5 inch (38 mm) and 2 inch ( 51 mm). Transducer mounts are provided for standard UHF search tubes or custom adapters for other transducer types and housing geometries.

The servo drives are linear amplified, to ensure zero imposition of servo drive noise (EMI / RFI ) onto the ultrasonic signals.

Limit of travel switches and quadrature encoders provide precise homing and continuous position feedback for both axes.
