Note:

    The following utilities are provided as a courtesy to UTEX Scientific Instruments customers, and are therefore offered on an "as is" basis. UTEX does not maintain or support these programs. If you are unsure of whether and how to use these tools, please consult the hardware manufacturer directly, or contact UTEX for further guidance.

Supported Instruments:

    MicroPulse MP6, LTPA, MPLT Instruments that are compatible with PeakNDT Ultilites Version MCPU V1.2.0.0

System Requirements:
    • Windows 7 or later.
    • A direct connection between MicroPulse instrument and the host PC is required for most instrument firmware maintenance operations.
Download Instructions:
    1. Please see the "Related Files" section below
    2. Right-click on the file name and choose "Save Target as" or "Save..." to download the file to your computer.
    3. Right-click on the downloaded *.ZIP file, and select Extract All to unpack the utility programs and help documents.
    4. Read the instructions - especially PNL 1190
    5. Run the utility program that you need.
Notes and Cautions:

    Do not run the PeakFlashUpdate utility without explicit instructions form either Peak NDT or UTEX. Doing so improperly may damage your instrument, requiring it to be returned to Peak NDT for a non-warranty repair.

    The ZIP contains document: PNL 1190 MicroPulse Utilities User Guide.pdf. This document contains instructions for updating firmware and for assigning a new IP address to the instrument using the PeakMCPUIPAssign program.

    Use PeakIMCPUPAssign.exe to assign a new IP address to the latest generation of Peak NDT MicroPulse instruments, such as MP6, LTPA, and MPLT.

    Use PeakIPAssign to assign a new IP address to older instruments such as MP5 and LT.
